September 11 CEPEX held a Board Meeting with Yukio Tada, Chairman of the Board of Trustees. The organization’s second 10-year charter will expire at the end of December 2025.  The Board voted and approved the motion to dissolve after 20 years of operations in support of US-Japan relations and nurturing the next generation of Japan hands in the US. All necessary activities will be undertaken to dissolve the nonprofit corporation, settle final liabilities, and distribute assets to tax-exempt charities before the end of the year.
